Tucson AZ here,

Been lurking and absorbing information for some time now, Ive even posted a little on my second attempt home build (idea was scrapped).

So here goes...

My family used to make Polish Sausage with our neighbor and his family  across the way when I was growing up. I have decided to continue the tradition and we have made a batch or two using a Kitchenaid for grinding and stuffing, as well as a crude vertical drum smoker (see pic). That would not do so I have upgraded my arsenal. I was going to use an old server cabinet but found out I would be able to get my hands on what I believe to be the ultimate cabinet (I will be starting a build post (even though its done)). I have also bit the bullet and got an LEM stuffer and mixer.

Any way I don't want to blabber on to much but stay tuned for my build and my Sausage making posts...

Thanks to all by the way for the knowledge I have gained I would not have made it this far without it.

Yeah it is a little different. I built it that way for the sole purpose of smoking sausage, I thought it would work out better and it did, just not big enough.
