I am so excited. I ordered the Lang 36 today and I cannot wait to get it in and get 'er going. I have ribs, a brisket and chicken all waiting for it to arrive.
The question I have is that when I get the fire going am I supposed to use charcoal with wood chunks on top and the firewood on top of that? or Just go straight firewood...or What is the best way to use this thing?
