Thnks to all fer the suggestions. The fatty's turned out freakin awesome. Yer right I am hooked. I cooked two of them, and I loved em.

Even better were the ABT's!!! I mean seriously, these things were ridiculously AWESOME!!!!! I can't remember the last time I have had something that good. I am hooked fer life. Made a few of them(ABOUT 13 OR 14) and gave some away for the neighbors, which I got raving reviews on. Bad part is......I do believe I will be stuck making some for friends and family now that they have had a few too.

Again, thnks a bunch to those that replied to my two threads and helping me out with these fellers, as both of them turned out awesome.

Oh yeah the 3-2-1 method for the ribs is un-freaking believable as well. Ribs were fall off the bone delish. I recommend that method to anyone who may have not tried it. Only way I will cook mine for now on.

Aaaaaaand.....my digital camera batteries died and I could not find any more AA batteries. Sorry, but no pics and not for lack of wanting to post them, but darn batteries!!!!

Well pictures would be nice but we'll forgive you this time! Glad it worked well for you!

Just remember this ... briskets, butts, bacon and batteries!

The four B's of BBQ!

Congrats on your smoke.. Look out for those neighbors, they can be overbearing after they've tasted "Smoke"

I must say it's nice to cook something for the first time and actually have it turn out right!!! I have been cooking since I was 10, I have had many things end up in the trash after cooking it, but so far I am 3 for 3 with the smoker.

And yes beer would be considered another "b" in the list of "b"s for me.
