It’s not big ( 7 x 9 ) but I think it will work just fine. Got the
Sink and water hooked up and I just ran the electric over to
the panel yesterday. Made the counters out of 4 x 8 sheets
Of PVC from Home Depot at 38” high. Oh and the Excalibur
Has 5# of eye round drying in as we speak.
 
So I can expect a lot of Great Smells coming from just NorthEast of the Bear's Den???

That will be great . Like to have something out of the way of normal traffic .
Not trying to be a know it all ,, but if your sink bypasses from one bowl to the next , or air locks / drains slow , you might need to re do the drain . Had some spare parts down stairs . Easier to take a pic than explain .
