Weekend Thread

Well, it's the weekend again, I got a 10 pound pork picnic going in the smoker first thing tomorrow. Then catch up on my around the house "hunny do" list while the smoker is running, since I gotta be around the house all day, might as well.... Football on Sunday as usual. What you got going on this weekend?

Got a couple of butts going on tomorrow evening. Don't expect them to be done until late Sunday evening.

Doing a smoker full of Salmon so I can feed my fishing buddies during our fishing trip next weekend.  Gotta keep them happy.

not for football, :(,   I pack my own lunches for the work week,  every few weeks I make a huge meal to feed like 8+, pack em in freezer boxes and throw then in the freezer and bring one to work every day,  save $$$ on eating out, I eat tastier food than I could get anyhow.

8 slabs of spares, 20lbs of chuckies and 4 whole chickens for a baby shower

Two 6 lb pork loins, a 5 lb butt, chicken quarters, some burgers and dogs.

If all goes well either some ribs or chicken (possibly both) and maybe a couple pounds of almonds.

As much as I love smoking meat I may love tattoos more! I might want to be the only one that sees it but share a pic after your session is done!!

I would bet there are a whole ton of tattooed people on here! I'll take a pm though. I have quite a few and always want more!
