I was asked to cook a Boston Butt for someone's small family get together this past weekend. Thought I would just post some pictures of the process. They said that it was a big hit. I tried tried to post a video of me shredding it with my drill attachment, but can't figure out how to attach a video.
IMG_0202.jpg IMG_0203.jpg I covered it with mustard and a dry rub.
IMG_0211.jpg 18 hrs later @225 degrees. IMG_0217.jpg
IMG_0210.jpg Had a guy I go to church with make this for attachment for me. I think there are different kinds you can find on the market, but makes shredding the meat really quick and easy.

Thank you. I highly recommend that attachment. The video I tried to attach shows it took 17 seconds to pull that pork. I love it.

Your pork butt turned out real fine!!
I thought about getting something like that "puller", but I like to remove ALL the fat while I'm pulling and wouldn't be able to do that with a power tool.

I can see how that may complicate things. I just shred it all together.

Your PP looks fantastic!
I'm with the crowd that pulls the pork by hand.
We like big chunks & I like to remove any un-rendered fat.
But that's just me.

Pork looks awesome. 17 secs. holy cow that's quick. I'm in the larger pork pieces to so I pull by hand.
