Anyone go to their website and check out the prices lately? Most 22” kettles are nearly $300 or more with their fancy colors. Don’t even see the 26er on there but on Home Depot it’s going for $499 right now. Pretty wild to me
Amazon has the 22" original kettle for $141.00. Weird though, because when I go to their official Amazon store page, I can't find the listing.

Not that I'd get it from amz com (see shipping cost) but it shows in stock. UNLESS I misunderstood.

Home Depot in Sherman Texas has 3 in stock for $149

Amazon can have one to my house on Saturday for $142

You have options.............. Do it!
I’m not looking to buy I have 2 already I just jump on the website to look every now and then. I’m talking about the premium ones with the ash catcher

The Weber web site is lacking . It seems to be geared towards what they want you to buy .
They're trying to distance themselves from the SmokeFire since the new one came out . At least it seems that way . If you need something for a SmokeFire , you have to really dig on there to find it .
I thought you already had a 26 , but I was gonna say it looks like who ever has one , it's new old stock . I went back and looked at my order when I got mine from Amazon . It's says " unavailable " . I agree , the prices are crazy . That's why I haven't fired up the 22" Master touch I got on closeout for $140.00 out the door at Lowes .

A company that has held prices pretty stable.
I got my first (22") kettle as a kick to the curb find during the semi-annual cleanup in Minnesota.
That is a great find for people that have that semi annual rummage sale
Now I own 3 as I added a couple of (18") Jumbo Joes. 1 in Minnesota and the other down here in Florida. I rarely use the 22" kettle. Smoking cheese is about the only time these days.
Just the wife and me so the Jumbo is perfect for grilling.
The tray is fine for me. I use lump which leaves about a quarter of ash residue versus briquettes.

I got my 22 with propane ignition for $110 off facesuck a couple years ago. I would never have a kettle without that propane assist again...works great. a 26" would be cool but I never see them second hand.

They are big haha I remember the first time I saw one in person it is huge compared to the 22”. For a bigger family or cook that extra space is nice. Although the 22” is plenty to get most jobs done
