That's a beauty of a sammie Chop. No knuckles to be found around here
Thanks for the comment Chris . Do you have Gordon food service around you ?
I thick broke down one section is a sirloin cap ? Maybe .
Great looking cook on the roast and nice sandwee!
Thanks for the comment on the cook . I worked on getting a nice even temp
on these . If someone likes less red , I dip in hot beef stock .
We use all the round cuts for making sandwich meat.
Yup . Just had bottom round couple weeks ago . It was great .
Nice piece of work Rich, I'd be all over that sanny,
Thanks Ray . It's a good change of pace from peppers and onions .

Great looking sandwich Chop! Ever since I saw Bearcarver's post the other day, I've had that in the back of my mind. It will be a while, since we had cheesestakes last Monday. You and John are correct, warm lettuce does work, as we get some great fundraising hoagies and put them in the toaster oven with everything on them.

"BAKED HOAGIE"
Those are very popular around here. Love Them!!
I often Bake my leftover Cheesesteak & Webber pieces. Great Stuff!!
Even a Baked Italian Hoagie is Awesome!! IMO

Outstanding, Rich!!
Thanks . Glad you posted it . This will be going into the rotation .
Thought I had motz , but it as Swiss . The motz would melt better .

they use their fingers to pull out a lot of the soft insides of the Roll,
I normally do that . I started just smashing the inside against the top and bottom .
Makes room , and holds up to moisture .

Thanks Al . Check GFS if you have one around . I think broke down the different sections are sirloin cuts . Sirloin tip or cap . Maybe .

Unfortunately no Gordon food services around here. There is a nice butcher in Burlington. I'll have to ask them about it next time I'm down that way. Although knowing them I'll have to pay a pretty penny for it.
