sorry to get excited but i love new cook toys.
Inkbird Inkbird unit arrived and had to get its cherry popped. my previous app worked great. two ribeyes seasoned and put in a suck bag. 130 for1.5 hours. news at 11 65622224-0538-44FE-A1AC-C48329D5F011.jpeg

What’s your sear method going to be?
I'm gonna just throw this out here. I've seared on the gas grill, In a CI pan, but my favorite method is to load my charcoal chimney about half full of lump, let it get screaming hot, and throw a grill grate over the top and sear away. The chimney gets hotter than the gas grill or CI on the stove, so it gives me an excellent sear.
