want to start a new group

not sure this is where i need to post if not please let me know.  I live in central MS and have noticed there is no group for us and I would like to start on but i dont know how to. if some one can help with this it would be great .Thanks

There's no hurry... The admins are probably having a discussion about your request..... This stuff takes time.... everyone here is a volunteer....
