That's what I heard last night. All week long dad and I talked about me coming out and smoking some beef cheeks and tongue for tacos, and tossing a rack of ribs on for them to nibble on later in the week.

So, goulash it is!

3# ground chuck
2 big green bells
2 big onions
Whole head of garlic
Lots of tomato sauce
48 oz diced tomatoes
2 cans whole kernel corn
2# elbow noodles
2-cups fine shredded mozzarella
Italian seasoning
Pepper


Turned out good!
