Took this with my phone at about 200 yards so the quality is lacking. The spring season is almost here!

Made some progress yesterday. Got the obligatory auto towel dispenser installed. haha

Got more wiring run but still have more to go. Seems like whenever I think I’ve made all my runs I discover I need another box. Go figure.

Installed the gutters. Getting the end caps put on took longer than getting the gutters up.

I built a chase to install the winch into. This way it will be completely concealed and out of the way
when not in use. I’ll build a hatch to hide the opening when I do the soffit/ceiling.

Not much to update. I pressure tested the water lines and ended up having to tighten all of the tankless water heater connections. I’m always leery of over tightening when I go from PVC to metal fittings. I also now have all the thermocouples, wall jacks, touch screen, etc for the monitoring and automation system. Now that I know nothing leaks on the interior I can finish insulating the walls and ceiling.

This is an incredible build! Pretty much exactly what I'm wanting to do. How's everything working out for you? I need a cool room to do all my trimming and grinding in. Would love to do some dry aging (I currently have a small set up in an unused fridge using an Inkbird), and of course curing and smoking my bacon and hams.
