Doesn't exactly meet the National Electric Code, unless he installs "a steel plate that is a minimum of 1/16″ thick, which has to be the appropriate width and length to cover the area of wiring".Great idea with the wire run at the bottom....

Commercial coolers are not generally dehumidified. Would think dry air would unduly dry out the meat. All I ever saw in a cooler is just an evaporator hanging in the ceiling (have wired a many of them) and I have been in coolers and freezers a forklift can operate within with 30 foot ceilings.It will have an automated dehumidification system to pull out what moisture the A/C unit won’t.
