LOL---I've been completely happy with all of my "Choice" Prime Ribs I have made, and most of them cost me $4.99 per pound.

No meat can be worth $109 per pound, in my book.

Too much fat to make a good roast. Yuck. Low and slow until it pulls easily (200f internal) would be the best for that, so most of that disgusting fat would render out.

My wife says my venison cost about that much! LOL
LOL----My mother used to hit my Dad up with that every year!!

Gas, gun, ammo, warm orange clothes, etc, etc, etc.

And every time he got a cold or flu, it was caused by sitting in the snow @ -5° in the mountains!!!

Heck yeah!  Costco has some good beef.  I will occasionally splurge on a 3 pack of Prime grade ribeyes (~$16 per pound).  But I will need to find another line of work to get one of these Wagyu cuts...
