Thanks Charles for the Love and the comment

Nice of you to say, but a very nice meal for sure,
And Lovie was happy she did not have to cook, :emoji_blush:

Ribs were very tasty , but light on the meat,

David

Looks good David . I used to get those ribs at a good price . Used to take them deer hunting and grill them like a steak .

Thanks Rich for the comment

They were good, and that sounds like the right way to enjoy them also.
But this rack and the 2 more I have in the freezer, are way too expencive , especially with the amount of meat on them ( $79.00 per pack, because Wagyu I guess ) Don't get me wrong , they were great. Just light on the meat, heavey on the price.

David

Outstanding looking meal David.

Point for sure

Nice of you to say , it was a very good meal, and Ladies were happy. That is good right there.

Looks great. We're starting to see wagyu cross breed products, but mostly steaks and hamburger.

Thanks Wayne for the like and the comment

Yes this web site has straight Wagyu and like you say I think cross breed beef.
Still nice marbling and tasty steaks and roasts etc. I have quite a few more items to try in the freezer. Even a TriTip, not sure how I want to do that yet.

David

Man oh man I love everything about that masterpiece of tastiness! Very NICE!

Thanks Courtney for the Love and the comment

Very nice of you to say. It was a very tasty meal. A nice simple smoked meal. And the Ladies were very happy.
So that is a win for sure.

David

Just posted yesterday, so not really a miss, but glad you see it now.

Ha Ha , wish it was that easy Norm.

But always welcome here at the door. And can always do up some cow or pig bones for you.

...
But for ribs, beef short ribs are my favourite, ( some call them Korean cut ) we just call them short ribs.
...
Growing up both my wife and I had fathers that purchased a half beef at the locker.
Both of our mother destroyed the short ribs which were cut 3-4" long in those days.
Ruined us both

If you like rare cuts then a traditional smoke/roast is what I suggest on the tri tip.
Your other options are cook out as a brisket, cure for corned / pastrami, or grind.

Great meal there David. You got the bones done right and ooh those rolls! Nicely done dude!

I love frying , smoking or justr on the Q. Short ribs.

Here is what I mean by short ribs, that is what all the shops around here call them.

Yes still have a couple 3 and 5 rib roasts , and the tritip and some rib eyes to get at .

Love making pastrami

Thanks for the ideas.
