Did up some party ribs and venison backstraps on the weber. Only regret i had was i wished I had written the amounts and ingredients used for the rub, because it was fantastic!
Kinda windy, so it ran a touch hot, but turned out great!

Boy those look fantastic!!! I've tried doing ribs that way a couple of times with no success. Came out dry as all heck. Nicely done

Point for sure

Looks like a perfect cook and I've made the same mistake of not writing down the ingredients.....several times.
Made a smoked turkey meatloaf that was amazing. 2nd attempt...blah 😆

Congrats on the ride BED!

Thanks Chris! Ive done a handfull of them now and these have been the best by far. They were also done the hottest and fastest. Not sure if that had anything to do with it.

I'm all in on the vortex ribs... These look perfect...

Since I'm singling first I will leave the meat on both sides of one bone.. leaving the next (every other) bone clean.. 2 or 3 slabs worth ....
Thanks! Ive thought about doing that in past. Next time I will for sure!
