I'm doing a whole chicken "in" the Vortex. It's on a bcc holder without any liquid in the cup. I filled the cavity with onions, garlic, and lemon wedges.
Put it on the Weber 22.5 with lit charcoal around the perimeter.
Cover it and rotate the cover ever 20 minutes for about an hour.
