That is impressive for a 5lb'r... I stuffed 30 lbs of sticks today (in the smokehouse now)... My plastic gear took a chit right in the middle of the process... GET THIS ... it wasn't the teeth that took a crap.. it was the threaded brass piece in the center.. it stripped out ... luckily I had a spare gear... gonna get the new LEM 5lb'r...

I have had the LEM 5lbs new model with the enclosed gear box now for over a year, metal gears and well worth the $189. Have had 0 issues
 
I might have to get another stuffer after this. The gears are really wearing for some reason.

some good looking stuff right there... I don't care what anybody says ... I did 30#'s of snack sticks for Christmas... have another 30#'s in fridge curing now... will stuff tomorrow or Sat. and in the smokehouse... these are for work..
