venison sticks w/ jalpenos and cheese?

does anyone have a good venison stick recipe that has jalapenos and cheese in it. I cant seem to find one

there is a recipe in this thread and I would think you can put what ever you want in them.Looks to be in 2# lots .I make allot of sticks but just buy the spices ready for 50 # lots.I'm heading out hunting this weekend so with some luck I will be grinding next week.Good luck .Bill
