Venison & Pork sausage

[potsieko]

Approx. 40 lbs. of venison/pork sausage, and 20 lbs. of pork sausage. Oak wood smoked in my buddy's homemade smoker for 6 hours.

Thanks for the compliments, everyone! Hopefully making more sausage soon! I'm currently working on my own smokehouse, so not much free time to process any meat.
