Venison Pizza/Cheese/Jalapeno Stick

This is what i mixed the other day with the Leggs pizza mix.

3.5 Lbs of venison with a cut in of  1.7 lbs 73/27 gb. The venison was pretty lean.

Venison pizza, cheese & jalapeno sticks.

 

Hanging at 130* for 1 hour.

What makes all the sticks "pizza" sticks that I keep seeing on the site? I need to make some sticks soon but I'm lacking the sausage stuffer right now...hopefully to order one soon but boy are they pricey for decent systems.

Pizza seasoning has the pizza flovoring and tomato powder.
