It’s that time of year when there are veggies coming from the garden. I decided to grill up a bunch on the new (to me), Weber Ranch kettle. Burning a mix of lump mesquite and briquettes in a small char basket. Finished with a couple flat irons and cooked a few brats. The basket does a great job of keeping an area hot for the steaks.

Even had time for a little pickling

I do love a lot of things about this time of year, but I’m looking forward to cooler days!

I have to agree, I would love a ranch but it's a little overkill for two people. Veggies look fantastic!!!

Point for sure

I have no problem enjoying well prepared Fresh Veggies. Even on a Cheese Steak, I like the Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms as much if not more the the Meat...JJ

I sometimes think I should have just bought the ranch kettle when I got my 26 , but that said I love that 26 . I can only imagine how well that ranch cooks .

Been doing alot of veg on the grill . My son bought me one of the Weber grill trays . It really works good . Pic for size reference . Genesis 310 grill .
Thanks for posting , and how 'bout a quick thread with some pics of the ranch kettle ?
