I use one them clear bowl covers to keep the flying critters out. Can get a bag of em at wally by the ziplocks
 
I was going for the crusty bread thing the other day . Used a web formula . I normally use a bowl too . This said rise uncovered . Came out good , but not the look you get .
Just wondering .

Ahh, warm homemade bread with a swab of butter and jam!!!!! If you have an air fryer, you can proof and then bake in the inner pot. I've done this with off the web recipes including a roggenbrot (Sour German Rye/Farmer Bread). It's a lot of fun. However, I still like the old fashion stand mix, counter proof and then oven bake. Just something familiar I guess. 🍻

I have a brad and taylor temp controlled proofing box.
I thought you used the outside temps instead of using the proof box inside your A/C unit.
Most people run their A/C way to cold for my taste.

How does the B&T equipment perform?
