Today I made some venison snake sticks with some beef fat. But when I weighed all the meat together, to figure out how much pink cure I needed some was still partially frozen. Did I mess on the by not letting all the meat thaw or will it be fine.i had 8.6 pounds of meat and used 9.75 grams of cure.
