I was at a low for dinner but you pulled me out!
Mixed up: (all fresh herbs)
Ricotta
Basil
thyme
Oregano
Rosemary
Garlic
salt
pepper
(use one egg to bind!)
Cut a hole lengthwise into the pork tender loin (dont cut to the surface)
pump in the ricotta mix
I cut the tips off and plugged the fill hole ... then plugged with the end tips and secured with toothpick..
Pull the tooth pick out of the end plug
Mr walnut rolling pin #1 wants back
