Yep, never look done from the outside in the smoker. I usually pull them at 130-135 and throw em over coals or under the broiler.

But it’s the perfect temp there, thumbs up!

Well it did not disappoint at all. May be one of the best dinners I've made in a while. Also did Knoor packaged 4 cheese risotto (very surprisingly good). And rosemary olive oil artisan bread (bought. Not made lol). The pic doesnt do it justice. The cherry reduction was stupid good. My son's girlfriend couldnt get enough, and the family thought it was perfect with the smokey, juicy tenderloin. Damn, I'm so happy LOL!
