Marinated in buttermilk overnight, then coated in flour with some salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and some of my Hot Cock Nashville Hot rub.

Served with some craft beer battered fries and some coleslaw the wife whipped up.

THAT SOME FINE LOOKING YARDBIRD, LOVE FRIED CHICKEN, NICE WORK! ABOUT A DECADE BACK I GOT IN TO PAN-FRYING CHICKEN SKINLESS, EGG WASH, ITALIAN BREADCRUMBS, ALWAYS THIGHS, IN A 50-50 OLIVE-VEG OIL COMBO. I KIND OF MISS EATING THE CHICKEN SKIN, DOC SAYS IT'S NOT GOOD FOR A OLD MAN LIKE ME.
