U.D.S. .............great fuel milage !

Decided to fire up the new U.D.S. tonight to see how it grills. Seasoned it last weekend and couldnt help but throw on a yardbird for a test smoke.Filled my basket only 1/2 way and it smoked for 3 hrs and was great ! Couldnt beleve my eyes when I saw my coals were not even burnt out ! The wood was only scorched and it had smoked the whole time !Gonna save alot on fuel with this thing !

My UDS coal basket is still half full from 4 hens I smoked over the 4th of July weekend. I love it.

Drums, in my personal opinion, are one of the most fuel effecient smokers out there that use charcoal or wood. Also, they cook things quicker.
