Man I sure am getting hungry for ribs these last couple weeks. Not sure why.....oh wait I remember why..because @Hawging It. Keps posting the best looking ribs ever! Lol. And those potatoes sound awesome! Care to share how you did those? I love shrimps!

Thanks for the kind words. I can't take credit for the stuffed potatoes. My butcher has been making them up for many years with different things in each type like crawfish, or sour cream and cheddar with bacon etc. They are great. In the oven at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes.

Thank you Al. Ribs have always been my favorite thing to smoke. I prefer spares cut into Saint Louis but these BB looked good at the store and on sale as well. Happy New Year!
