Saturday morning I rubbed down two shoulders for a smokin' on Sunday.
The only ones that were gonna eat were my wife and myself and 3 Rotts.
This was gonna be a big party for my morgage burning but The buyer
did not get up to sign the papers last week. [party of the first part]
Everything was thawed out so I had to do something with it.
It finally dawned on me that the only ones that counted was here.
Wife, Three fur babys and myself. We were the ones who payed alla them payments and did alla the work.. Turned out to be on of the better parties.. Crown Royal went into the sauce as promised
and I did a simple rub of Sea Salt, Course black pepper, shot of dk brown sugar and a bit of paprica for color..
about 1 1/2 hours into the smoke at 225..
foiled at 5 hours and at 8 hrs the temps were at 205. within a few degrees of each other..
Now I got a rare breed of pot bellied Rottweilers... Thanx for the pointers. Like I said I have built a lot more than I have used.. Hemi
