Hey all, I'm Casey from St. Paul, Minnesota.  Been smoking for about 3 years.  I use a Weber 18 inch Smokey Mountain.  Rec'd it as a gift with no knowledge of smoking and have been obsessed ever since.  Just bought the book Smoking meat so figured I'd join the forum as well.  Excited to learn all I can from everyone.  Thanks.
