Twice smoked ham.

This ham was smoked with hickory both times.I tasted awsome.

I made  white soup beans with the bones and fatty peices of meat in the crock pot.My wife though i was trying to kill her and no i didn't duch oven her .

Looks real good, from what I can see, but the qview is kinda small.

However, If it's smoked twice with Hickory, it's gotta be GREAT !
