Set up with the skatter gun the other evening where I spotted some gobblers while I was bowhunting.
 
Added kosher salt, ginger, sage, garlic, black pepper and have a nice breakfast sausage.
 
Looks good and would have made a fantastic dish for the Poultry throw-down. Hopefully you still have some more turkey parts to cook.
