Set up with the skatter gun the other evening where I spotted some gobblers while I was bowhunting.

Didn’t take long…..and here they come. I got lucky and rolled a couple

7.5 lb breast meat with 2.5 lb pork trimmings

Added kosher salt, ginger, sage, garlic, black pepper and have a nice breakfast sausage.

The legs were made into a slow cooked pulled apart taco dish….didnt get pics of that sorry

Looks good and would have made a fantastic dish for the Poultry throw-down. Hopefully you still have some more turkey parts to cook.
