Smoked some turkey thighs on my MES 30. Used 2 different seasonings (3 each), and a Shiner Bock (yes, I'm from Texas) in the water pan. Cooked them for 4 hours at 275 degrees.
Thighs FTW! But I just can't find 'em anymore around here. I just got a whole turkey for .59/lb though. I always buy a couple after thanksgiving, its the cheapest meat around!
