First post!!! Found some turkey legs on sale at the local Tom Thumb.
Brined for 24 hrs in LEM cure, Smoked Paprika, Salt, Brown Sugar, few Bay Leaves, and Jalapeno Garlic Seasoning. Dusted with paprika and the Jalapeno Garlic Seasoning before smoking over apple pellets on MEB @ 225 for 8-9 hrs until 160 internal.
Looking forward to a few caveman drumsticks for dinner this week! ;-)
