Turkey Ham

    2 quarts of water
    1 pound of salt
    1 pound of brown sugar
    1 container of pickling spice

    Boil above ingredients

    Cool down

    Place turkey in above mixture add enough water to cover.

    Refrigerate for 1-3 days

    Smoke, smile, and sit.
