Was poking around on the web and found this recipe and it was surprisingly good. Love Jimmy Dean breakfast sausage but with my old age comes the high Cholesterol. Here it is if anyone cares to try. My girls loved it also. Now if they could just figure out how to make turkey bacon taste like real bacon! :)
Ingredients
2 pounds ground turkey
3/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
Directions
1.In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, ginger, salt, sage, cayenne pepper, and black pepper until well blended. I let it sit over night in the fridge. I also added a dash extra of the cayenne pepper.
