Can anyone guide me on spices, times, temp for smokin yellowfin tuna. Got a couple of chickens going now and thought I'd throw a couple of small tuna steaks. Any help would be great.

ditto bassman....heck yellow fin i just touch it to a hot pan sear and turn and your done just about...yum yum...

I threaten tuna with fire and consider it done. Ideally it is just sliced, placed on a bead of rice with a dab of wasabi.

Seriously, good luck with the smoke, let us know how it turns out.
