Tube Smoker????

I  just made my own tube smoker!!!!!!  I see from most posts on the tubes people are using pellets,  My question is has anyone

used sawdust in the tubes???????    I typically have been burning sawdust in a tray so I have alot of Cherry sawdust!!

FWI, morning.... I had some perforated SS.... rolled it and tied with wire...    The SS came from a screen in my irrigation system....  I used pellets and chips in it also...

I need to order one from Todd.  My hands are no longer strong enough to fashion one, and he can do a much better job at it than me!
