Trying something new

Hi everyone, my name is Ryan. I'm 37, and I've been grilling and smoking consistently for about 10 years. I currently use a few different grills and smokers. I have a 22" Webber kettle, a propane ToolBox grill, and an 18" Camp Chef cabinet smoker. I'm from the North Bay in California, but I've traveled and lived all over the country, and few different countries. Thank you Al for the welcome, and thanks for having me.

Well, that and I was a long haul truck driver, and I just like traveling in general

It ain't as complicated as it sounds at first.

It's all very scary at the beginning.

Even your mistakes taste good though.

It's hard to really mess up bad when you do 

a little reading on here.
