trying a chucky today

Trying a 4 pound chucky.

Rubbed with Montreal and some Worcestershire sauce last night.

put on smoker around 8 this morning, just took it off and going to finish off in the oven foiled with some french onion soup for liquid

Once it comes up to temp I am thinking of putting it back on the smoker cubed for some burnt ends

First time I have tried a chucky

so pulled it out of the oven when it was reading 199 to 202.  very little of it would pull.  cubed it and back on the smoke for burnt ends, a bit of sauce on them
