Trying a 4 pound chucky.
Rubbed with Montreal and some Worcestershire sauce last night.
put on smoker around 8 this morning, just took it off and going to finish off in the oven foiled with some french onion soup for liquid
Once it comes up to temp I am thinking of putting it back on the smoker cubed for some burnt ends
