Hi Everyone,
Troyger here from Calgary, Alberta Canada. I have been a Traeger smoker for almost 3 years. I enjoy smoking brisket, ribs, wings, jerky, chickens, and cheese. I have the cold smoker attachment for doing cheese in the summer as it is cool enough here to not worry about the cheese temp getting too hot. Along with smoking comes rubs and sauces which I enjoy making from scratch as well.
So much BBQ, so little time.
