Triple threat! First time brisket, chuck, and Bbacks! (qview to come)

    Yep. Its been a few weeks since ive smoked something and twice as long since ive q-viewed so were knockin them dead tomorrow morning with a first time brisket, chuck and Bbacks. 

    Any last minute advice? Brisket im gonna take to 195. Chuck is going to 165 and the ribs im gonna try the 3-2-1. Using an assortment of rubs, i just kinda winged it and im gonna use JD's aged barrel chips and some hickory chunk for all three. Hoping for the best!

    Sounds pretty good. Chuck you might want to go a bit higher.

    I'm with Brian on this one and the chuckie should be taken to maybe 200° like the brisket too.
