Wired up the mini with KFB and cherry. 160 pit temp. Seven bone roast, marinated for two days in Black Butte Porter and worchestershire. 2 hours of low temp TBS, then into the Cream can for two hours.

Ten Barrel Brewery Pub Beer for the drinks!

Bit more of this for the Can!

Desert. A shout out to Cowgirl, this is her apple dumpling recipe. Amped up though. I like to sauté the apples in butter and Captain Morgans and butter.

Yes you do Can Cooking is fun!

Yes done in the Mini-WSM 325-350. I let the mini smolder after I pulled the roast. Then when it was desert time I opened it up and got the temp up. Put the apples on.Yumm!

These just had some additional butter added. All the slices were sautéed in butter and Capt M. They all were seasoned with cinnamon and sugar. You could stuff them. We do baked apples all the time camping and stuff with marshmallows.

One note the Captain Morgans adds a nice flavor to the apples! When we do baked apples we always add a shot to the cored out apples, Yumm!

Can't say much more than I have. It's Cowgirls recipe found at the included link. I just sauté the apples in the butter and captain Morgans prior to wrapping in the dough.

I run my smoker at 350, and use whatever wood I've been using unless it's hickory or mesquite.
