Trial run in the new smoker

I did some ribs and a butt in my new Master Forge propane smoker yesterday. Let's see if I can do this pic thing...

Getting them prepped for the smoke:

The ribs finished. Time to snack before the butt comes out:

The butt finally came to temp after stalling and freaking me out. The Mrs. was starting to get impatient :)
