We were out for me oldest son's college graduation from Franciscan University in Steubenville OH this past weekend. We stayed in Triadelphia WV. On the way to our hotel there was a tent set up selling BBQ. The wife and kid thought I was nuts, but I needed to stop there. It was pretty good! I've been wanting to experience some BBQ like that, but there isn't much like that in central MN. I could see myself doing something like that one day.
