2 of our sons came over. Fired up the Lang and got the vittles on. First time smoking tri tip as I usually bbq it over oak. Took them off at 140. Looked different but tasted good. Tried out the new FireBoard that arrived yesterday too. Worked great. The Lang thinks it related to the hamburger helper guy
 
Looks like a great meal from my corner of the world. Your sure getting your monies worth out of that lang.
