Well the leaves are changing and the days are getting noticeably shorter. The cooler weather has started settling in and the number of comfortable smoking/grilling days are becoming less and less frequent. As my mother always told me "Waste not, Want not". So here we go with another round of TT.
First up my old trusty companion:
I also took out an old friend that hasn't seen the light of day for a few years. No mold or pest infestations. She's as good as the day I parked her.
I didn't cook on her today(that will come on Saturday), but she did contribute to this cook. I found a whole charcoal ring full of briquettes that I had snuffed out. So into the starter to light, and then into the Vortex to provide the heat.
One TT over the coals. Rubbed down with Montreal Steak seasoning on one side.
Flipped:
...a lite coat of sauce
...and the slice:
Thanks for taking a peak.
Chris
