This is the 2nd roast out of a "TWOFER". I absolutely destroyed the fist one on Monday by WAY overcooking (smoking). This roast doesn't look quite as good as the first one, but it's still a decent roast.
I'm going to follow the Bear instructions as closely as I can. Hopefully I can get some good French Dip's out of it on Friday.
I've got my 2nd bottom round rump roast all thawed out.
All primped and powdered and in the fridge
Out of the fridge and in the freezer. I may not need to chill it down too much because the fridge was set at 32F.
